Inspired by our motto: “A sound mind in a sound body,” we believe that physical education is an essential part of our curriculum that promotes overall well-being, fitness and discipline.
Our sports department offers excellent facilities for a variety of indoor and outdoor games. Students receive regular training in sports such as volleyball, basketball, throwball, kho-kho, kabaddi and athletics, and are encouraged to participate in competitions at interschool, district, state and national levels.
In line with NEP 2020 guidelines, we emphasise on skill development in health, fitness and physical education for all students. Regular practice of Pranayama, Yoga Asanas and meditation is integrated to improve focus and memory.
Students are grouped into three houses: Ruby, Topaz and Sapphire. Throughout the year, these houses compete in various sports and cultural events.
